Data Deletion Instructions

Mylo Assistant is operated by 12 Coups SRL (enterprise no. BE 0804.739.417), the company that organises the FCKNYE Festival. You can request the deletion of any personal data we hold about you (your WhatsApp phone number, profile name and message content) at any time, free of charge.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to damiano@fcknyefestival.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
  2. Include the WhatsApp phone number you used to contact us, so we can locate your data.
  3. We will confirm receipt and delete the associated data within 30 days, then send you a confirmation.

You do not need an account to make this request. If you prefer, you can also reply to any of our WhatsApp messages with the words "delete my data" and we will process the request.

What gets deleted

Your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, and the content and metadata of the messages exchanged with the Service, from our systems. Copies held by Meta as operator of the WhatsApp Business Platform are governed by Meta's own data policy.
