Mylo Assistant (the "Service") is a business messaging assistant operated by 12 Coups SRL ("we", "us"), Rue des Roses 4, 1000 Brussels, Belgium (enterprise no. BE 0804.739.417), the company that organises the FCKNYE Festival. This policy explains what data the Service processes when it is used to send and receive messages on the WhatsApp Business Platform, and how we handle it.
When you message a business phone number connected to the Service, we process: your WhatsApp phone number and profile name, the content of the messages you send and that we send in reply, and technical metadata provided by WhatsApp (message identifiers, timestamps, delivery status). We do not collect data beyond what is needed to receive your message and respond to it.
We use this data solely to read incoming messages and prepare and send relevant replies (customer support, information requests and operational follow-up), within WhatsApp's 24-hour customer service window. We do not use it for advertising profiling and we do not sell it.
Processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to messages you initiate, and, where applicable, on your consent given by contacting us. You may withdraw at any time (see sections 6 and 7).
Messages transit through Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. as the operator of the WhatsApp Business Platform, under Meta's own terms and privacy policy. We run the Service on a self-hosted server provided by our infrastructure provider OVH SAS (data processor, France, EU). We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
Message data is retained only as long as necessary to handle the conversation and meet legal obligations, and is deleted or anonymised thereafter.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, contact us (section 8).
